What to do if you did not receive the activation e-mail from our eLearning platform

If you didn't receive an activation e-mail from our eLearning platform, make sure to check the following:

  1. Check your SPAM folder, sometimes our e-mails end up there. Make sure to add [email protected] to your address book, so our e-mails won't be flagged as spam.

  2. Request a password reset at https://learn.sonoskills.com/users/password/new as this will force the system to resend the activation e-mail.

  3. Still no activation e-mail? You can manually activate your account. Use the link below, but change the [your-email] with your e-mail address and if the address is in our database, you'll be able to activate your account: https://learn.sonoskills.com/users/express_signin?email=[your-e-mail]

Note

Make sure you're not trying to login our SonoSkills.com website. Note that our website and eLearning platform are two different systems, which requires separate logins. More about this here.
