Cancellation by attendee
If you choose to cancel your hands-on course booking at least four (4) weeks prior to the course start date, a refund will be provided, with a deduction of 10% from the total course fee. Alternatively, you have the choice to attend a future course date. However, if the course fee has increased in the meantime, you will be required to pay the balance.
All purchases of online courses are subject to the following refund policy: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that no more than 25% of the course content has been viewed or accessed. To request a refund, clients must email [email protected]
within the 14-day period, including their purchase details. Refund requests made after 14 days, or where more than 25% of the course has been completed, will not be eligible for a refund. Course access and progress are tracked automatically, and all refund decisions are final once eligibility has been assessed.
Cancellation by SonoSkills
In the event that SonoSkills cancels or reschedules a hands-on course, you have the option to either attend the new dates or receive a full refund.
